Make your own tea blends, and cute DIY tea bags. The more you play with blending tea, the more you will learn about what herbs work together well both as medicine and in flavor. Here are five of my herbal tea blend recipes to serve as inspiration!

Once you start to build your apothecary of herbs, you can start experimenting with mixing them together to make tea blends. Don’t be scared to play with the herbs that you are familiar with!

Sometimes blending teas is as easy as mixing mint and chamomile for when you are both sleepy and gassy. What happens if you add hops or fennel? The more you play with blending herbal teas, the more you will learn about what herbs work together well both in effect and in flavor.
